Shipping policy

Due to the extreme sentimental value of your keepsake, we take the handling and delivery of your items with the utmost of importance and care. Once in the hands of a third party postal agency such as Australia Post, no liability can be taken by Beyond Love Creations- All packages sent with Australia post will have tracking numbers issued immediately to your email so we can see if its where abouts and completion of delivery.
Goods will be delivered to the address given upon making your order, so please ensure these details are correct. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or spelling errors- If you have made an error, please contact me at info@beyondlovecreations.com.au or by Facebook message.
In the unfortunate event that there is a delay in postage, Beyond Love Creations will not be responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any third party.
If the goods that we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us via e-mail within 7 days of the problem.
