As we are in Australia our country has very strict biosecurity laws therefore there are limitations to the amount of inclusions and type that can be allowed into the country, we will send you an email once you have ordered with the instructions for packaging and posting.
Please do not send botanicals in your parcel to us
Cremations:
Cremations need to be a in tightly sealed container, many zip lock bags will suffice for this but please ensure your name is written on the bag, please do not pack any more than 20g, we ask for 1/4 of a teaspoon.
For Hair:
We can use as little as one strand of hair, place the hair in a seal ziplock bag with your name on the front.
For breastmilk:
We will send you a milk preserving kit, once you have followed the instructions please return it to the address in the kit. We will then craft your keepsake and post back to you.
For semen:
Please place the semen on some baking paper to dry, once it had air dried you can fold it up and place it in a zip lock bag and post to us. All instructions are provided when you order on our website. Any remaining inclusions we do not use will be sent back with your order, there is no minimum quantity that needs to be provided. ( NO LIQUID SPECIMENS WILL BE ACCEPTED)
