Our embryo cremation services are for parents of embryos, who do not wish to donate, have completed their family, or no longer want to pay the excessive yearly costs of freezer storage- or would just love to have their precious embryo babies close to them forever.
The Process:
Firstly, you will need to complete a release form from your IVF clinic. Once your embryos have been released and are with you, they can be directly posted to us to be cremated. We have two options available for our embryo jewellery. The first is the cremation of the entire straw (Understandably, we cannot remove the embryos from the straw due to its microscopic nature, so the full straw will be cremated).
The second option is if your embryos are sent back in a test tube rather than a straw; the liquid and embryo in the tube will be preserved into a powder, and then the powder will be crafted into your keepsake stone. This powder is naturally white in colour. If you do not wish to have your embryo cremations placed into jewellery that is also absolutely fine. We can send the cremations back to you directly. Once cremation or preservation has taken place we will encase it into a beautiful and meaningful jewellery piece, or send it back home to you in a small mini urn.
