I Promise that every keepsake is made Love, Soul, the utmost of respect and by hand! All pieces are created in my craft studio In sunny Townsville.

At Beyond love creations we love what we do! If for some reason you are not entirely in love with your piece, please reach out to me at info@beyondlovecreations.com.au

Orders

  • Full payment must be complete before crafting can begin, payment plans that are in place must be fully completed. Once full payment has been fulfilled your order will begin and an email will be sent upon commencement
  • Instructions on how to send your precious inclusions will be emailed to you once you have completed your purchase. If you have any  questions please email info@beyondlovecreations.com.au
  • Each piece is entirely handmade making it unique and special to you. Being handcrafted there will be small imperfections, no two pieces will ever be the same and will vary from the image shown, there may be variations in colour
  • We reserve all rights to cancel an order if we deem it necessary. This can be enforced with no store credit provided. 
  • Preserved breast milk will be kept in studio by Beyond Love Creations for 3 years following your order, unless notified otherwise. All milk is labelled under the strictest guidelines and filed away safely.  All other inclusions sent to Beyond Love creations will be returned upon completion of your piece/s.
  • We reserve the right to automatically cancel any unfulfilled order which is older than 12 months with no refund or store credit given. You will receive a reminder via email before this period.
  • Any issues of your piece upon arrival please contact Beyond Love Creations within 7 working days, however after this date, sizing of rings, fair wear and tear, scratching, neglect, misuse, damage due to incorrect following of care instructions will void any repairs or refund policies, we are experienced in knowing natural wear from misuse and will access accordingly.
  • By ordering and giving full payment you are abiding and acknowledging that you have read and understood the terms and conditions written by Beyond Love Creations
  • Please also note, if the item/s are modified or rectified by someone other than an employee of Beyond Love Creations, the guarantee on your product is automatically void. Please contact us if you have ANY issues and we will work with you to fix the problem. If you need to post back your item/s please post to;

Ring Sizing

  • Please Note: Carefully select your ring size, once ordered it cannot be changed so please ensure you have correct sizes on ordering- Preferred method to obtain your ring size is to head into a local jeweller and be sized, otherwise you can purchase a ring sizer and do it yourself.

If at any given time your finger sizes changes, please contact me directly as I work with a Jeweller that can resize precious items, this will however incur a resizing fee

Refund Policy

  • Due to the very personal nature of this work, no refunds will be given. If in the event Beyond Love Creations have decided to give a refund due to manufacturing default, it will be by a case by case basis, and by the sole discretion of Beyond Love Creations Owner- Please read full refund policy

Pricing

Some may wonder why the prices of keepsake jewellery are “high”. This is because these are non replaceable and very personalised items, a lot of hard work happens behind the scenes of a DNA artist, and this is why we offer payment plans of 1,2 or 4 installments over a period of 3 months, AfterPay, PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer

  • All prices are inclusive of GST if and where applicable. Postage is also included in your purchase, unless you are located outside of Australia, this cost will be an addition to your purchase due to shipping variations.
  • Full payment must be complete before crafting can commence, payment plans that are in place must be fully completed. Once full payment has been fulfilled your order will begin and an email will be sent upon commencement
  • Beyond Love Creations reserves the right to adjust, implement change of continuations of products, increase pricing on any product listed on the website without warning. 

Delivery

  • Due to the extreme sentimental value of your keepsake, we take the handling and delivery of your items with the utmost of importance and care. Once in the hands of a third party postal agency such as Australia Post, no liability can be taken by Beyond Love Creations- All packages sent with Australia post will have tracking numbers issued so we can see if its wear abouts and completion of delivery.
  • Goods will be delivered to the address given upon making your order, so please ensure these details are correct. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or spelling errors- If you have made an error, please contact me at info@beyondlovecreations.com.au or by Facebook message.
  • In the unfortunate event that there is a delay in postage, Beyond Love Creations will not be responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any third party.
  • If the goods that we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us via e-mail within 48 hours of the problem.

     

Copyright

  • Our customers are reminded that all our designs are copyright protected and any attempt to reproduce them or any of the images on our site will result in legal action being taken.

Exchanges

  • As our items are uniquely yours, we cannot issue exchange

  • All content and intellectual property on this site belongs and is owned by Beyond Love Creations, It is protected by the copyright laws. This includes, all Photographs, imagery, item descriptions and written content. Data collected on this site such as payment and subscriptions are encrypted with safe gateway programs/payments. We have a Secure SSL certificate issued for this site. Any copyright problems will be dealt with in accordance of the law

This is collected to serve you and to also create data for our marketing team- ie email lists for newsletters, if you would like to unsubscribe from our marketing / mailing lists please contact us via email. No sensitive information will be given to any third party unless to abide the law

  • When a purchase is made by you, you are agreeing with all terms and conditions, policies and procedures of Beyond Love Creations- apart of this process is collecting information which may be used for collective/marketing purposes for the use of Beyond Love Creations
